You will use Microsoft Word, Google Forms, or Survey Monkey to create a 10 question survey related to your research question.


Before beginning, please refer to the information regarding surveys in the week 6 BlackBoard information.

Review the items about survey principles and designs (located in the week 6 materials folder).
In a separate Google Doc or Word doc, write 10 questions for a survey. Try to create questions that relate to your research question for the signature assignment.
2 questions must include Likert Scale responses (see https://www.simplypsychology.org/likert-scale.html for an explanation of a Likert Scale and exemplar descriptors)
2 questions must have open ended responses
1 question requiring a ranking response (https://help.surveymonkey.com/articles/en_US/kb/How-do-I-create-a-Ranking-type-question )
3 questions of your choice
2 demographic questions (at the end)
Once your questions have been created, then choose your survey platform.

Create your survey. Be sure to check carefully for any spelling or grammar errors!
Upload the link to your survey (or the doc if you used Word) in the appropriate assignment folder (week 6) in Blackboard.
