Using Appendix C in the Duncan & Goddard (2017) text, identify and evaluate an existing FLE program. In the event that you are unable to find a FLE program that is similar to the program you are designing, you may choose to evaluate an unrelated FLE program. If it is necessary to evaluate an unrelated FLE program, please include a statement asserting that that was the case.
