Option #1: As a leader, your team’s performance is a reflection of your leadership. There will be times you have to have tough conversations with your employees because their work is not up-to-par. You want to be firm, but approachable. How can you give tough feedback/coach an employee and still show him/her that you care? On the flip side, how can you give tough feedback/coach an employee without being tooempathetic? How do you draw the line?

Option #2: As a leader, you must build a strong team. How do you do this? How do you know when you have the right “fit” for your team? What qualities do you look for in each candidate?
