Option #1: Learning from Great Leaders:

Think of a boss you have had in the past who you admire(d) OR a famous business leader who you view as a great leader. Please define & describe 2-3 characteristics that you admire(d) about this leader. Do you embody any of these characteristics? If so, how? If not, what are 1-2 small steps you can take to incorporate these characteristics into your style, thus helping you become a great leader?
