  • This discussion focuses on moving from ideas in your head to concrete words on paper. This is an essential step in the drafting process! Using one (1) of your sources found in your Week 3 discussion, share a paragraph that contains information you want to include in your essay. Highlight the information you want to include and then write two-to-three (2-3) sentences that convert the information for use in your essay. An example is provided here.
  • Now evaluate one of your fellow classmate’s passages and grade it for effectiveness. Did the student create a solid support? Could the example be improved? If so, how?
  • After you have evaluated a classmate’s passage, do you want to revise your own submission? Perfect! Do it!
